How to save a webpage without internet.

You cannot save a page after the connection drops. Save while online, read any time after. Flights, commutes, dead zones: the file is already on your disk.

Three steps

1. While online, save the page with the Website Copier Chrome extension.
2. Confirm the HTML file is in your downloads.
3. Open it later with no connection. Images and styles travel inside the file.
